Happy New Moon and Chinese New Year!! Today, we are going to start your magical journey. A year from now, you will remember this day as the day when your magical transformation began! We believe that there is only one purpose in life and that is to become the best possible version of yourself through growth and sparking up your magic. While we are all different and have our own characteristics, we are still the same in our core. With that in mind, we have mapped out a growth plan for this month just for you guys, and we will continue to do so every month of this year! Are you ready to start creating your own magic?
Kicking things off in February, the month of love and romance, it is the perfect start for you to grow. In today’s busy lifestyles, where everything is a mess and every day impossible standards are to be met, love is really scarce. Or to be more specific, knowing how to love is the rarest thing. With these busy lifestyles, emotions are often shunned aside and you have forgotten how to appreciate your own accomplishments. But today, everything is going to change! Today, take the first step to your self-love transformation by taking a few minutes to read through our plan and let us show you the whole staircase!
What is Self-Love?
With Valentines around the corner, you can already see a lot of people losing their minds over finding the perfect present and planning the perfect evening for their loved ones. The soulmates. The ones. And while yes, the gesture is appreciated, how many of those couples can say that their relationships are as good as they pretend them to be for Valentines? A-ha. See? You can already see the cracks in the things we tell ourselves. We think we love, but in reality, we don’t really know how to love.
And why is that?
How have we forgotten the universal language of love?
It’s simple – it’s because we might struggle with how to love, respect and appreciate ourselves and yet, we look for love elsewhere, outside of ourselves. And before you brush off the whole concept, think about it, when was the last time you have given yourself a little credit for the amount of work that you do every day?
You go through life, from task to task, at work, at home, with your children, family, partner, you run all the time like crazy, and yet at the end of the day you still think – “I could have done better.” Or “I didn’t get ALL the things done” and suddenly, your whole image of self-worth crumbles. Sounds familiar?
We know because whether we like it or not, we are all there. But we don’t have to be, and that is very empowering to realize and know. Self-love is like a middle finger to anxiety, stress, and depression. When you give yourself the respect you deserve, when you stop throwing out the good things in life just because you didn’t get to do as many good things as you wanted to – that is when the trio of negativity packs its bags from your life and moves out for good.
Self-love is a conscious decision, to take actions to transform your negative thoughts and patterns into positive ones. It is the knowledge that no matter what kind of storm passes through your life, it WILL pass and as long as you never give up, you can always stand up and rebuild.

How can I begin my self-love transformation?
Transforming the way you see yourself, the way you think and feel about yourself requires to be dedicated to this process. Your self-love transformation at moments will be incredibly difficult, and at some moments it will be so fun and easy. However, those very ups and downs will help you to make a very solid foundation upon which you will put the building blocks for becoming the best possible version of yourself. We have curated 4 magical steps to help you transform and awake your magic this month:
The First Step – Re-discovering yourself
You would be amazed at how little you might know about yourself.
Who are you?
What do you like?
Where are you in life?
What are you judging yourself about?
What patterns hold you back in life?
These are all questions that we avoid like the plague and yet can give you amazing insights about yourself. Don’t worry though, we know the first step is always the hardest, and the answers to these questions can sometimes be a bitter pill to swallow. We have gathered a set of exercises and rituals to help you find your answers and ease off the process of re-discovering yourself. Don’t worry though because at the end of it, you will know that you are a badass that kicks ass at life, and you will know what exactly makes you one.
2. The Second Step – Woo yourself
Now here, you are going to have a lot of fun! Do you know that exciting feeling when you are flirting with your partner and you are seducing them with the help of the things you learned about them? That is the same thing that you will do, but this time the precious partner that you will be seducing will be none other than yourself! Curious? 3. The Third Step – Your “Me” Time
If you think you will get away with just wooing yourself, you got it wrong. Self-love requires consistency. And that means, giving yourself some “Me Time” every day. Here we will explore how to make time for yourself every day for any kind of lifestyle, and how to use that “me time” properly.
4. The Fourth Step – Awakening The Anahata (Heart Chakra)
Now that you have worked out who you are, learned all the good things about yourself, accepted your quirks and finally learned how to make time for yourself even in the busiest days, it’s time to pull out the big guns. The final step is a guided meditation to help you remove blockages and restore balance to the energy center to infinite love within yourself – your heart chakra!
