Meditation Challenge: Making Room for New Beginnings

With the new year it is time to get a new, fresh start and charge with full strength forward. It is time to abandon all the things from the last year that weigh you down, let them be. This is a new Beginning a new start for you.

This year we will help you to look within and find your magical spark!

It is time for a journey inwards, it is time to know yourself so you can get a clear idea of what you want. Once you know, it's easy. Fueled by the power of positive emotions you will become an unwavering force with a strong resolve that will accomplish any goal it sets!

We said we will help you create your own damn magic, and the meditation below will bring you one step closer to creating it! 

 

 

 


New Beginnings Meditation!

  1. Find yourself in a comfortable seated position. You can use whatever position makes you feel comfortable, whatever makes you feel at ease and it is completely pain-free. If you need even more support sit on a blanket or even on a chair. Sit up nice and tall, put your hands on your legs,  keep your shoulder relaxed, close your eyes and breathe deeply. 
  2. Take a moment to appreciate this moment, this time to explore your emotions, your feelings, your inner voice.
  3. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale out of your mouth…
  4. Try to explore your higher self…open your heart and focus on how you really feel…
  5. Take another long deep breath in…long breath out..
  6. Today we want you to encourage to focus on your new beginning…
  7. We want you to try a different kind of approach…we want you to consider your new chances, your brand new opportunities of living your best life.. becoming the best version of yourself
  8. Let’s begin with something easy to say to ourselves….something useful to really connect to this moment…to your commitment to the practice…
  9. Take a deep breath in through your nose….exhale out of the mouth and say out loud.. I AM NEW
  10. Don’t be shy and listen to the sound of your voice.. to your commitment coming to life… Again
  11. Take a deep breath in through your nose….exhale out of the mouth and say out loud.. I AM NEW
  12. Feel the power of your words…the vibrations in your chest…the clarity taking over all though your body
  13. One more time.
  14. Take a deep breath in through your nose….exhale out of the mouth and say out loud…I AM NEW
  15. Try to spend at least 10 breaths in your meditation posture to focus on how you really feel…
  16. Use your breath to inhale peace and positivity and exhale out negativity and whatever makes you feel uncomfortable..
  17. Whatever shows up, every thought, every emotion, just be an observer… breath into it…
  18. Now we are going to take things to the other level… using our voice to sooth our present emotional and  mental condition…
  19. How do you feel?
  20. Anxious about what’s next? ..........Sad?...............Stressed?
  21. Whatever is going on right now you have the power to let it all go…
  22. You have the power to be the best higher supporter of yourself…
  23. Now focus on your intentions, your new year’s resolutions.. 
  24. Don’t stop yourself from doing this. Don’t be shy. Get to know yourself a little bit better at every meditation…learn how to really soothe your soul… and how to free your true desires, your true intentions..
  25. Can you see them? 
  26. Take your time..
  27. Take a deep breath in through your nose….exhale out of the mouth and say out loud I CAN MAKE IT for each one of them.. let every resolution coming to surface and breathe into it with intention, power and focus.
  28. Repeat this at least 5 times or until you are satisfied. Your call…
  29. Bring this mantra with you on and off your meditation  use it to soothe your soul and spirit whenever you need it. 
  30. Take your time….and when you feel ready bow forward getting ready to start your brand new year with a new mindset and strong intentions. Sealing in your practice with Namaste.
  31. Now, get out there and Make Your Own Damn Magic!
