We have made it one of our goals, to share all the magic that we have, all the tools, exercises and rituals that we have used over the years to help you become the best version of yourself.   • If you are battling anxiety and depression – you are in need of self-love.

Because to love yourself, it takes guts. It takes to be yourself, however, you are, perfectly – imperfect, in any situation, unashamed of yourself. And to do that, you need to accept yourself and love yourself – which requires strength. Self-love is acceptance. Self-love is your strength, your inner magic.

Self-love is a conscious decision, to take actions to transform your negative thoughts and patterns into positive ones. It is the knowledge that no matter what kind of storm passes through your life, it WILL pass and as long as you never give up, you can always stand up and rebuild.
