Mantra is one of the most often heard words these days, but what exactly does it mean? We know it is connected with meditation techniques, but how exactly?
It is often said that a mantra is medicine for the soul and mind.
The word itself comes from Sanskrit which is an ancient language believed that is sacred and in tune with the Universe. So, from Sanskrit Mantra translates as – “a tool of the mind” and it is believed that it holds spiritual and magical powers. Now that’s more like it! The thing is, Mantras are a way that helps us change our negative perspectives into positive ones, it is a way to give power to words and in the right way. By having genuine kind intentions during meditation combined with repeating a powerful Mantra, not only does it convert negative into positive but it also helps your entire body to radiate with positive energy.
